First Time PC Build. Build Review.

Games, programs, or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly competitive multiplayer (Dota, Valorant) and some single-player games (Elden Ring, Halo Infinite (Campaign), etc.)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Starting from scratch, I've picked out a few available parts but am open to swapping all of them out. I'd like to build it within the next 2 months.

Power supply is a little over the top. I might recommend the RM850 from corsair. It's fully modular and is 80+ gold rated. It should be cheaper than the current PSU you have in your spec list.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

low end gigabyte products are shit (they blow up) and thor is a baller psu but way overkill. also you may want to pay the extra for an nh-d15. you may want to consider the fact that ryzen has been going through some trouble recently and go with intel for the sake of product maturity

Some questionable choices here..you have a top notch CPU but entry board, overkill RAM SSD and PSU and ends up with a mediocre GPU...

Also the mATX board in the big Corsair 5000 case will look ridiculous !

Have no idea of Indian availability and prices but if I were you I'd got this

7700x

6950xt GPU if not possible 6800xt

Decent ATX aorus board

Cheap dual tower cooler like an TR PE120 or DC AK620

5600cl36 RAM

Cheap 2tb gen3 SSD

Smaller Corsair 4000 case

Rm850 PSU

System : AMD R9  7950X3D CPU/ Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E board/ 2x32GB G-Skill Trident Z Neo 6000CL30 RAM ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 cooler (with 2xArctic P12 Max fans) /  2TB WD SN850 NVme + 2TB Crucial T500  NVme  + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD / Corsair RM850x PSU

Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

I don't think you'll get the best out of the R7 7800X3D with the Noctua NH-U12S, I'd recommend a larger tower cooler (Like the Thermalright Peerless Assassin) or, if you want to take full advantage of that CPU and overclock, an AIO (Like the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 280).
