Coffee machine advice

[RTX 3090]

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good automatic machine that's reliable, good coffee, and easy to repair if anything goes wrong. Budget is approx. £600, but can go a little over. I narrowed my options down to :

• Siemens EQ6 £500

• Prima Dona Soul £730

• Siemens EQ700 £800

• Delonghi Dinamica Plus £600

• Melitta T smart F830-100 £590

I am considering the prima donna soul as apparently the current price is really good. Do you have any comments or suggestions. Thanks in Advance!
