No POST after enabling XMP

I enabled XMP and have been unable to boot up my computer since. Fans and lights turn on, but the motherboard stays stuck on the orange light (dram).

 

Things I have tried:

• Turning it off and on again
• Switching memory slots
• Waiting
• Resetting BIOS (both by shorting pins and by taking out the battery)
• Updating BIOS to newest version

 

Specs:

• RoG Strix B550-F
• 2x OLOy Warhawk DDR4 32GB
• Zotac GTX 970
• Ryzen 3700X
• 650W PSU
• Win10 64b

check the mobo's ram compatibility list

3200MHz. Should be compatible with the mobo.

You can check your exact RAM memory module (for example MD4U163216BCDA) the link above. See if your RAM code is in the list.

 

If your RAM code is not there, it probably encounter compatibility issue running at rated 3200 MHz speed.

My RAM is listed as compatible, and in fact I have had the computer running with it with no issues for several months. It's only after I attempted to enable XMP that this occurred.

Might have done something to the ram. Do you have other sticks you could test with?
