I have a very strange problem happening whenever I watch youtube or any other video media. Once the video loads and starts to play, all displays go black and flicker for a few seconds. After that happens the whole display is distorted. I can just hit Ctrl + Win + Shift + B to reset the video drivers and the distortion goes away, but now the audio also goes out and I have to restart my PC. This never happens when gaming or doing desktop stuff.

my pc specs are:

Ryzen 7 5700x

Asus dual RTX 3070 (not v2 OC)

Asus Tuf x570 gaming wifi

32 gb 3200 mhz corsair vengeance lpx

I have a 750 watt evga psu so power is not an issue

I have done many ddus and clean driver reinstalls

(I actually bought this card used had it RMAed and got a replacement issued still persist)

I have literally changed all my parts in the past year except the case and drives

Any help would be appreciated thanks
