5600g with Rx 6700xt problem

I need some troubleshooting on my pc.. ive been having some issues on my 5600g and rx 6700 xt.

 

when i play AAA games my pc runs fine. but when i play valorant my fps drops hard. usally my fps is around 300 - 100 fps but recently it dropped to 80 fps. what could be the problem?

 

side note: also notice my cpu running at max frequency and even higher in task manager but when i check adrenalin software its only at 3.2. it this a problem?

Can you install HWInfo64 and check if your Mainboard is reporting VRM temperatures? Your VRM seems kind of bad and it might be thermal throttling when the CPU is hit harder, which is the case in eSports titles (compared to AAA titles)

Jep, i think your VRM might be thermal throttling with hitting close to 110 °C. I would move one oft your fans from the bottom (they dont do much there anyways) to the back of the case. so the extra airflow can cool the VRM

Are you runnig the latest bios for your Mainboard? Sometimes there are bugs in BIOSs  that lead to such behavior.

i havent updated my bios cause everything is running

I would install a fan in the back and also update the bios... The VRM seems to be quite bad but I wouldn't have thought that a 5600G would be to much for it, so there might be a bug

i have like 9 fans though 3 below 3 on my rad and 3 on the front..
