Pc crash when gaming.

Hallo

 

my pc crash when i play games like jedi survivor, Hogwarts lagacy.

 

 

pc build:

 

ryzen 9 5900x

Asus crosshair viii hero

g.skill trudent z NEO drr4 3600mhz

asus strix 3090ti LC

 

all drivers are updated etc.

 

the pc never crash under mining.

 

tempature for gpu is 67c and cpu is around 70

 

what can be the issue?

You not mentioned PSU.
So biggest guess now is that its not capable to deliver enough power to your system and thus cuts off.


That why you need ALL (and more) info about your PC for good help!

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

Can you try with a different GPU? Perhaps with different PSU-GPU power cables?

Yes its shutdowns immediately and i tryd the power test and the same happen there aswell. Can only change kabel

Make sure you have the latest vBios too

Try using multiple different PCI-E power cables for the adapter to 16-pin.

I tryd 2 things. But the gpu in slot pci slot 2.

and change GPU kabel from psu slot 1 to slot 2.

Try the GPU in the main slot. Maybe it wasn't seated properly. Or the PSU cable wasn't seated fully.

What do you mean by changing the PSU cable from slot 1 to slot 2?

 

The 16-pin cable of the GPU requires multiple 8-pin connections, and you shouldn't be using a single PCI-E power cable for it.

This is some random faults. Pc shutsdown and startup during mining aswell now.
