Creating a Windows 10 Operating System

Hey i am going to create a windows 10 Operating System called Windows 10 Belami Edition but i am gonna be Releasing it on June 6th and i needed help with os making thing can anyone help me out feel free to do so as well okay thanks

You also gotts keep in mind that the people behind tiny 10, atlas os,... are entire teams with a ton of experience programing experience to untangle the mess that is windows

 

So basically start with just modifying windows for a year or so and see what you can do

Modifying for personal use isn't illegal.

 

Hence why 3rd party patchers are ok and can even exist on github and such.

That is not what the OP said. He used the terms "Releasing it", meaning it will be distributed in some way
