Doing a new Gaming build

Hello all! This will be my very first time building a Gaming Desktop and I need second opinions and advice for my specs before I buy everything I need.

My budget is $850

( edit i stretched the budged a bit )

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: GTX 1650 Super ( I already have this )

RAM: Corsair Vengence LPX 16GB 3200MHz

Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 ATX

Case: NZXT H5 Flow

PSU: Corsair CX450 ( I already have this )

Storage: Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB

1 TB Seagate Firecuda SSHD

( I already have both of these )

I already have a gaming mouse but I’m still deciding on the monitor, keyboard, and speakers. Suggestions are appreciated!

By the way will the CX450 be enough to power everything adequately? Or should i upgrade?

Any help is appreciated!

Just these or do you have a full PC tower you can call your own? is this US? Are you willing to sell the parts you already own if that gives you more performance in the long run?

That 450W psu is very weak for this kind of gaming build. I would definitely return it (or just not use it, if it's coming from another system). Your first upgrade after building this, should definitely be the graphics card. That's bordering on not being supported by a lot of current AAA games.

Your 1650 super will sell for $100-130 (or closer to $200 if it is actually new). A new PSU is going to be ideal, your current one can sell for around $30, so your budget could be extended to £950 ish. Your storage looks good.

For that budget, I would recommend this:

(the CPU cooler is not necessary but will make your PC a lot quieter.

edit: is the budget of $800 including peripherals?

Great, because 1650 Super is still around 70-100$ which would be a big boost to the budget. The PSU is harder to sell but its at 20-30$ on ebay as far as i can find, and both of the storage is still worthy to be brought in. Also, if you already dont mind earbuds and IEMs, id recommend that instead. Theyll be better than what you can get in ultra entry level. If youre comfortable used which is shown before, you can get 6700XT instead for some overbudget on ebay, or playing the bid snipe.

Thank you! I just have a couple questions what would be the difference between the MSI B550 GAMING GEN3 and the motherboard you recommended?

Will the RX 6600XT you recommended and RX 6600 be a noticable difference?

I am currently thinking that my new graphics card should be a RX 6600

The RX 6600 I’m looking is here

I mean it depends on the market but to me 30$ is fair markup to get the XT. But in other market like in Indonesia that delta would be more like 60-80$ which is unacceptable.

You can check HW Unboxed quick fire review of the 6600 review here.

In that case, I agree with @SorryClaire suggestions. The peripherals are subjective so I would do some research or try a few out before making a decision on those.
