1st time building PC - the result

Ssapdra

Greetings,

This is probably not too much nor fancy but I wanted to brag a little. I wanted to build PC for a few years now and finally stars aligned for me to be able to \o/

It took me three hours and few tutorials but it successfully turned on on the first try \o/ I had to take out GPU and MOBO few times as i forgot to put in IO shield and than I had to re-paste CPU few times as i had fan cable in bad position but over all i think its a success (hopefully i di not mess anything?)

I am looking for CPU cooler recommendations as its at 45 degrees idle temp and I think i should switch rams to be 2nd and 4th slot instead of 1st and 3rd? Cable management is out of sight out of mind rats nest as i wanted to see if it will turn on so might redo it later.

Here are the specs

PSU - G12 GM-750 Gold 1 9
CPU - Intel Core i5-12400F
MOBO - GIGABYTE B760 DS3H AX
GPU -  GAINWARD GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Phoenix 8 GB
Case -  EVOLVEO T3 čierna
M.2 SSD - Crucial P3 2 TB
HDD -  Seagate SkyHawk
2x LCD monitor 32" AOC Q32E2N
RAM - Corsair 32GB KIT DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 Vengeance LPX

i would probably turn the top two fans around and make them intake fans but other than that it looks good. Well done!

Regarding the cpu cooler recommendations some good ones are the thermalright peerless assassin, the nhu12s redux and the deepcool ak620. Any of these are good air coolers for a 12400f

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

Check your board manual it will tell you which slots you need to fill first

Whats the budget for a cpu cooler?

If you can return the case you got a completly blocked front case which will seriouslt increase temps as there is little airflow due to that.
