Restricted comments on YT videos came out of nowhere :/

So... Out of nowhere I can't comment on videos at all. Yet I have changed no settings, as I went to change the apparent solution Restricted mode off on the YT app it's greyed out and says that *network administrator* is hiding them. I'm the only one that's a network admin. How can I solve this? Am I missing something here?

Strange, have you tried talking to support? maybe they have a solution
