Computer been hacked?

Im wondering if my computer has been hacked? I downloaded sildurs vibrant shaders or what i thought was sildurs, and it ended up downloading to this short cut application, i quickly deleted it, but my chrome started crashing for periods of time, and re opens. i have like 4 tabs open with 16 gb of ram and nothing else but chrome open. It then auto directed me to onedrive and I had to turn it off using the reset settings in chrome. this is the website i downloaded the "sildurs shaders" on.

Get malwarebytes and let it run. Then after that delete chrome and you might want to redo your passwords.

Odd, this seems to be the official website but you probably clicked on some malicious ad

i dont think so, i just clicked the download button by medium and it brought me to this shortcut thing

it found malware and i just quaratined it, does that mean its gone forever?

Maybe. Since it was malware you might really wanna do a whole password fix on everything.
