My joycon grip snapped and I'm wondering if there was a way to fix this?

I would try super glue, it can work wonders some times... Apply it to both sides of the "crack", push them together and wipe away the excess that is squealing out... I guess it might be a 2 person job...

As long as OP also takes therapy, so they no longer rage-quit and do hulk-smash-moves, it would probably work.
