Reminder: Active 3D works by TV displaying 120FPS and 3D glasses halving it to 60 fps.

I have a 165HZ monitor, and I'm wondering if it's possible to connect an active 3D glasses to a pc (I have a TDG-BR250) (with an IR dongle maybe?), or if there are any 3d glasses that support Bluetooth that can connect to a pc.
P.S. googling "active 3d glasses Bluetooth" founds few sites that claim to have Bluetooth glasses, but they feel sketchy.

That sounds like a whole bunch of hackery and software magic would need to be involved.
I also don't trust Bluetooth to perform well enough to time it that precisely, IR or 2.4GHz (if the spectrum is not crowded) might be your best bet.

I will find your Laptop thread and I will recommend an ITX build instead
