So I recently made the mistake of attempting to flash my 3070.

During the flash I had a power outage and it failed..

The card is not recognized by PCIe but the fans still spin up when the PC is turned on.

I attempted to re-flash using the DOS version of nvflash, but it just says that there is no nvidia card installed.

I have seen some references online for a method to hardware bypass the card bios in order to recover it from a bad flash, but could not find a way to do it with the card I have (3070-GAMING rev 1.0)

Would be very glad to get any suggestions on how to proceed, since the cards warranty expired last month..
