Rtx 4070 full load power consumption: ~200w

 

Ryzen 5700 full load power consumption: ~100w

 

Additional devices like fans, SSDs, hard drive, etc headroom: ~50w

 

Total: ~350w

 

Give yourself ~50w to play with 

 

I wish major tech YouTubers would just test this rather than people constantly arguing "you need to over spec PSU". Go ahead and run a system with what the math suggests, and 99.9% of the time you are going to be fine. Of course, if you use a Coolmax PSU or something obviously a fire hazard that's a different story.
