Hello, I am having an issue with my pc where the fps drops to 10 and the gpu and cpu usage drops to 0%. This happens randomly when I am playing games that are extra demanding. I have tried updating the drivers, scanning for malware, and checking the temperatures, but nothing seems to fix it. Also, this doesnt seem to happen on individual benchmarks such as Cinebench or Furmark. I am wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before and knows how to solve it. I appreciate any help or advice you can give me. Thank you.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X,
GPU: EVGA RTX 3070 XC3
RAM: 16 GB Corsair LPX DDR4
MOBO: Biostar B550MX-E PRO
PSU: Corsair CV750 750W 80+ Bronze
Storage: 3 TB Baracuda, Crucial P5+
