Hey! Ive been wondering about why graphics cards such as the 6750xt are around 400 dollars while the 6700xt are around 500+. I realize this may be because of manufacturer prices but I was wondering which card is better for the price and what card in specific I should purchase. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Dyctv3 I am borrowing the Asus DUAL OC and need to return it soon so I am looking for an AMD Card as they seem to be more cheaper. Specific card recommendations would be nice but details on whether to go with the 6700xt or the 6750xt is also appreciated!

Usd? 500+ is way too much for a 6700xt, I'd just get any of the dual cards since they tend to be the cheapest with the exception of the dual mech cards from msi since they have some issues. In terms of performance, the 6750xt is just a factory oc version of the 6700xt, so realistically both would be fine for 1080p and lighter 1440p.

Thanks for the response! Im not sure what factory oc means but willing to hear recommendations for any card as I am willing to spend up to 500 bucks without tax

Factory OC just means that it comes overlocked from the factory. Basically, he’s saying the 6750 xt gives you a bit more performance, but it’s performance you could attain by tinkering with the 6700.

Honestly, I’m an advocate for only overlocking to get extra NECESSARY performance. If you’re not trying to beat some benchmark high score, I’d only run the card where you need it to get the job done. It’s up to you though obviously.
