Used 3060 ~$270

New 2080 TI ~$300

New Intel ARC A770 ~$320

How the hell did you find a 3080 for so cheap?

Definitely 3080 but post link here just incase it might be a scam or something cause that seems like a suspiciously low price

Well they don't even make GPUs anymore, so you're really shooting yourself in the foot by specify that you need an EVGA card.  It's the same GPU regardless of who you get it from, and you get a lot more for your money with AMDD cardss.  The Sapphire Nitro and Powercolor Red Devil are usually steals on the used market for the 6700xt and 6800xt.  And for a new card, the MSi mech 6700xt is the best performance for your money by far.

thats kind of the idea, I just want the novelty so in 50 years I can show it off on a random shelf in my house

No one will care about that by then.  you could get a GTX 950 for $30 and it would be of the same value.  Honestly, after the 30-series cards are to slow for gaming in who knows how many years, you can probably get one uber cheap.  There were way too many produced for them to ever have collector value, so if you want the novelty, in ten years an EVGA 3080 will be like $40.
