Can I use Corsair RM750x (2021) CP-9020199-NA to power an RTX 4080?

I'm planning to upgrade my GPU, but my PSU only has four 8-pin connectors. Two of them are being used for my CPU and the other two for my current GPU. The 4080 requires three 8-pin connectors, so my plan is to use one PCIe cable to connect two ports. My current CPU is a 13600K, and I've applied some voltage offset, so it only takes around 140 watts(Aida64 CPU+FPU stress). I'm think PSU can handle it, but I'm worried about the cable.

Update: Change of the plan. I am going for 4090. Will this PSU able to handle it?

Remove 1 of the CPU cables and add a third PCIe cable then. Just make sure it's a Corsair Type 4 Cable and NOT something else. If you don't have one on-hand they can be purchased from places like CableMod or from Corsair directly.

A single 8-pin EPS CPU Cable is rated for ~235W so it should be fine even with the not so efficient 13th Gen.

Or, for a cleaner look get a Corsair 600W PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable instead and you'll have a cleaner build and not have to use the dongle.-base-CP-8920284-Gallery-PCIe-5-12VHPWR-PSU-Cable-Type4-01.png_1200Wx1200H

That's fine. Corsair use high quality cables and connectors. Each daisy chained cable is rated for at least 360w.

buy the direct-to-12-pin cable from corsair, and you should be good.
