Cpu background usage, malware?

So I noticed that sometimes my cpu fans goes louder so I check task manager or msi after burner to see cpu usage and temps, and whenever I launch them cpu usage drops to normal 1-5% when only browser is up. but when I close it after some time it does this -

 

See the jump in usage and temps from 40 to 57~ it does not go up much higher and not all cores are used. But why is it happening it did not happened before? I did check for viruses and malvares with couple of programs ( ESET, Malwarebytes and Roguekiller), I think Roguekiller or was it malwarebytes soft found 2 "risky/ virus/ bad" register entries, one was from a software that I did not used for years and second was smth I never seen before. but thats it.

 

Any ideas on why its happening? Just for the info - in games I did not notice any fps drops at least noticeable, so mostly it bothers me while idling in silence and fans go loud af.

Your CPU is briefly used by thousands of process' running in the background, dont lose any sleep over things like these. Modern Windows operating system is the biggest malware one can use.

but I never noticed that before, I know it can happen for some processes or smth. Im trying to keep windows as clean as possible. and this started to happen only in recent months. just in case any way to check on it? or maybe any apps you could suggest to clean windows even more? I usually using revo uninstaller to delete smth so I can clear register and left over files too.

I think Windows background processes have gotten a lot more active lately, especially the Antimalware service.
