Should be

 

850W is overkill. Get a 700W.

500 would work but a 850 would give great sli support

You don't need 850W for 770 SLI. I use 750W for my 780 SLI.

I realise that but some people like a little more headroom

Headroom for what? Adding a second graphics card is probably the most you can do to add extra power requirements to your system, which he already has two 770s.
