PC Started but won't boot properly.

I reviously had an issue found here 

I fixed the issue and removed everything, tried plugging it all back in and it has started now. However, it doesn't seem to be completing the boot process. Everything is on and running but I can't get to the BIOS. How can I fix this?

You could look up how to reset BIOS maybe that would help.
Or you might of have error in RAM, I have had problems with RAM while overclocking and It crashing and not being able to boot, try unpluging PSU and hold power button for 5~sec.

Look to see if any of the Debug Diagnostic Lights are on the motherboard that will tell you what is wrong
