Will i need to flash bios?

Building a new PC with a 7950x aswell as a new AM5 Mortar board. Will i need to update my bios or will i be ok to just boot it up.

If you are asking whether the motherboard comes with BIOS that supports your CPU. Yes it does. You don't have to flash BIOS.
Other than that, you might have to. (Memory compatibility, etc).
