Laptop can't get into bios after swapping hard drive

Hello, I replaced the HDD with an SSD in my acer aspire 6930 ZG, when I wanted to reinstall Windows, I couldn't get into the bios to select the USB stick as the boot option, I tried every relevant button.(when I tap one  key longer, the laptop emits a beep per click)
