New youtube scam/spam method?

While watching Level1Tech latest video, 

 

I found this comment thread that seems totally unrelated to what the video was about.

I also noticed this thread has 8 likes and exactly 8 people in this comment thread. Unless this is some joke that Level1Tech viewers know about that I don't, this is a new way of promoting scam/spam that I haven't seen before in youtube. It's a commonly seen scam, nothing to worry about as long as you don't fall for it yourself.
Some are crypto-related (If you can believe that these days), some are not, posted by bots these scammers use to post this crap.
