If I had to guess, it might be a little while if you're at half of what you were before (guessing you were a fair bit more inactive during the off period). Important thing is to not rush it, and work your way back. When you say you can't straighten your arms, do you mean your biceps are sore and aren't able to extend fully after the 20 minute session? You could have strained something fairly bad if so, and I'd recommend checking with your doctor to be safe.

The straight arm thing its of the curls i did and its not sore at all just weak but  whatvi meant by that is usually in the past if i do hard biceps reps its at a 145 angle and its hard to to make is a 180 degrees, i use to get it when i gym for a hour and a half to 2 but now 20 minutes im like done i cant lift anything more

In that case, when you go to the gym, treat it like it's the first time you go there. Start lifting light (don't feel ashamed about it we all start light)), then progresively overload yourself, whether it's one rep more than last time or slightly heavier than last time. If you haven't already, the Strong app on the phone can help you keep track of how much you lifted last time.

 

On a side note, turns out that the empty barbells at my gym are 15kg, not 20kg, and that I was off by 5kg during my weight lifting tracking the entire time, I tracked 5kg heavier than what I actually lifted, wtf??

depends on how unfit you are. the futher down you are from your biological muscle mass, the more gains you will have after a workout. this is why beginner can gain muscle mass insanly quick and out of shape people can gain muscle mass extreamly quick as well. the already toned muscle builders largerly lift without much gains at all due to diminshing return the higher up they are from their biological muscle mass. this means if you have good genetics, you can expect to pack some good muscles easily and vice versa is true.
