You're way underspending on your GPU and overspending on most everywhere else.

Get that instead. It's still a little overkill, but it's still really fast. The 13600KF is about as much of a gaming CPU as you need, the cooler is plenty for that chip even if you're overclocking, the motherboard is good enough, the RAM is about as fast as I'd expect to just enable XMP, the storage config makes much more sense, and the PSU is a little cheaper but about as good (a bit more efficient as well). The big difference between these two systems are the GPUs, the 4070 Ti/7900 XT is over double the performance of a 3060, all within the same budget. There is debate over whether the 4070 Ti or the 7900 XT is the better option, the 4070 Ti is much more efficient and has better RT performance, while the 7900 XT has more VRAM and is 10% faster in more traditional rasterization games. I'll let you pick which of the two you want, they're the same price and both good options.

Thank you. I’ll definitely look into it. I was thinking about just forking out the money for the 4070 I’m still saving money for it so a few hundred more dollars to be a bit more overkill doesn’t seem to bad for me. I’ll definitely keep this in consideration

If you're still saving money, come back once you're ready to buy it. Stuff changes so quickly in this space that realistically any recommendation won't be relevant for more than a week at most.

This one is far heavier handed on GPU but @RONOTHAN## build is good if your game particularly LOVES cpu.
