What does this mean?

Information    [   112.293] (--) NVIDIA(GPU-0): DFP-4: disconnected, I have been going for a bit where my monitor randomly goes of. Has happened with 3 & this one pops up a box that says Asus with DisplayPort under it when it happens for a few & it falshed up when I bring it back.
