Shoelaces bonus item

I placed an order and got the shoelaces as the bonus item back in November and I only got one shoelace.  This was slightly annoying but whatever.  Today just got the second pair of laces in the mail out of the blue.  I never contacted support or complained about the one shoelace anywhere and they sent me the second pair anyway, even if it's months later and I already forgot about it.  Just thought that was neat.

Believe it was mentioned in a WAN show that they noticed a batch only contained single ones and they'd send a fixed pair to everyone who had one. Cool indeed
