Downloads broken on floatplane for anyone else?

^^^^ basically whenever i try to use the download feature this happens. 

 

especially annoying since a lot of the reason for using FP for me is the downloads. i have very bad internet and sometimes i can't stream a 1080p video smoothly, so i can just download it and then watch it. much more convenient. except when it doesn't work. ugh.

idk what that smiley is for, it being broken for everyone isn't better. lmfao. if it was just my stupid internet or my macbook or whatever that's fair, i could fix that myself.

Not working for me either. But as with all paid services, your first option should always be to contact support. While Floatplane crew does have presence on forums, support is still fastest and most reliable way to inform them about issues.
