hi. firstly you cant get mincraft java on mobile you would be playing bedrock. unfortunaly apart from a few games that have been ported over you cant play pc games on your phone unless you use cloud gaming. even though your phone may have more cores because of the nature of phones (low power and thermal headroom) you probbably wont get as much performace as you would expect.,

The question is is there any emulator or anything to make this possible?

Yes, Kind of...

You can play:

The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind: https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android/releases

DOS + Win9x games: DOSBOX (You can install Windows 98 Second Edition on it)

And there are PC games that were ported to Android:

GRID™ Autosport: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.feralinteractive.gridas&gl=us

Max Payne: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rockstar.maxpayne

Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.capcom.gyakusai123&gl=us

Life is Strange: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.squareenix.lis&gl=us

You can also use console emulators to play games that are available on PC but not released for Android.
