Lose all my peripherals and displays but the computer is still on, once sent to warranty they say the issue didnt occur

I've recently brought a new computer, it isn't my first rodeo and I was upgrading off a Ryzen 3 2200G and a GTX 970. After buying all the parts new except the PSU and case, I will list at the end of the post, I started putting it all together on top of the motherboard box and things didn't start well, windows was super slow and sluggish but I didn't download a new copy of Windows so I didn't think much of it since I needed to redownload the Windows anyway to the m.2 . Once I download the windows I decide to turn on TPM 2.0 and upgrade straight to Windows 11 and here is where the problems began, the computer would sometimes barely turn on and it would shut off all the USBs, losing light on my mouse and keyboard (a Mazer E-Blue and a Razer Ornata Chroma, could be important) and lose my display(1080p generic monitor), however the computer and all its RGB and fans were still working, once I tried to turn the computer off through the case power button or the one integrated on the motherboard it won`t work, I have to unplug the psu.

I then decided to redownload windows 10 and the problem persisted, my motherboard was showing 9E on windows however on its manual online nor anywhere could I find what it meant, simply "RESERVED". So I went through some normal troubleshooting steps, re-seating the CPU, RAM, GPU, clearing CMOS and nothing would make it stop. Until I found an ASUS motherboard that had the meaning of 9E, which was an "error" that was letting the user know that TPM was working, upon finding this out, even knowing the motherboard I have isn't an ASUS, I thought to myself it wouldn`t hurt to turn it off and see what happens and to my surprise the problem seemed to stop with me being able to then install and play some games. However I wasn`t satisfied and I didn`t want to go through all the work myself of finding what component was making this happen so I sent everything back to the warranty. They told me something was wrong with the PSU and they would give me a new one, found this weird since he was working just fine the day before but I went with it (came later to find out that the problem that I was having never happened to them).

Once I get the computer back, supposedly in working conditions, I go to turn it on and not even 2minutes the same thing happens, I am now very upset but I thought to my self that I didn't want to not have my PC for another month so I would just turn off TPM 2.0. But for testing purposes I turn on TPM again and now It spends a good 2 hours on with no issue. I turn it off because I had to move, once I get to my house I turn off TPM 2.0, plug in all my peripherals and my now 2 monitors (I brought a Hauwei Mateview GT 27") and as soon as I turn the PC on it does the same issue, and it carries on doing it with TPM on or off. I send it back to warranty and they tell me that the computer is been on for 48hours with 2 monitors and the issue never happened to them.

 

So now I am back to 0 with no explanation on why it only happens to me and no way of resolving it because the warranty can't cover me because the issue is not replayed when they are trying to check on what's the issue. I've tried a GT 1030 instead of the RTX 2060, issue persists as I would've guessed. I have no other extra components to try the rest out, I'm collecting my PC again on Monday and I don't know what to do because my only guess is that some software or the Aorus RGB or the Razer RGB software is causing some issue, however It makes no sense to me. The issue seemed to aggravate when plugging in my Hauwei monitor however I also thought the same of the TPM and now I seemed to be completely wrong. If someone can please help me, I don`t have any more money to buy extra parts to try each one out, I thought about selling but God knows how long it will take to sell it for a price where I wont lose my money, I got everything at a really good price and I wont be able to buy one similar for the same price as I brought this one, so my best bet will be to fix it unless a buyer appears and pays what I am asking.

 

Where should I start looking, using a different keyboard? A HDD instead of the SSD? If it is software wouldn`t it be a component issue anyway, because I dont think my peripherals should be an issue?

 

I've plugged the computer to 2 different homes in 2 different areas so the problem isn't being cause by bad electricity at my house. I've tried basically everything normal and I am still here. The mobo is also updated to the latest version. I checked temps once and they all seemed good, one in the Motherboard was at 100+ but my last motherboard were all at 100+ and never had an issue but once I get the pc on monday I can try to check the temps better and post it if someone needs them.

PSU is new like I said because of the Warranty. No overclocking, nor on the RAM or anything else.

Did you remember to wipe the ftpm key first? That might be the issue why you cant transition back to w10 smoothly.

How would I wipe the ftpm key to go back to windows 10? I did clear cmos, again.
