Restore your RAM back to stock speeds...see if the BSoDs go away

BTW,

Of the crash dumps I've analyzed, they are all different, pointing to different issues, a sure sign of bad RAM (or an unstable RAM setting)

I had them at stock speed and still had BSOD and already did Memtest86 in each stick and they passed

Hmmmm...did you MemTest them together, or one at a time?

Are you running XMP or DOCP in your BIOS?

I had before the DOCP disable and they were running at 2133 and I was still getting BSOD

Please keep everything at stock settings until your BSoD issues are resolved, afterwards start re-applying OC settings one by one to pinpoint the culprit.

All different, including some BSoD errors I've never seen before.

Suggestions:

(1) Update BIOS and reset EVERYTHING in the BIOS to stock values.

(2) Fresh install of WIndows 10

(3) If still errors, then RAM (or mobo) is bad

I have the latest bios already but i dont know how to reset everything in the bios, I also already did a "fresh" install of windows, what I mean by fresh is that when I install windows I normally download to a pen the windows installer and in the driver selection for the windows I click on format and install normally, I don't format by recovery on windows settings idk if that a problem or not

Ok I will do that later when I am off work and will also format the windows, I normally download to a pen the windows installer and boot there and in the driver selection for the windows I click on format and install normally I do this because its faster to format is like 3 seconds and it format the drive or should I go to windows settings and use the reset this PC ?

What you're doing should be fine. I like to delete all partitions using the windows installer and then just installing into the "Unallocated Space", letting the installer sort everything else out itself.
