So heres the full story...

I went to turnmy pc on and it was stuck at windows loading for ages so i turned it off and on, then the main problem started, my gpu stayed at max rpm instead of turning down after 1-2 secs so i turned it off again, and windows contined to boot, it did a boot scan, found errors but it coldnt fix. It restarted and booted up no problem, i did 2 more restarts all fine.

Heres the main problem now... I tried to turn it on today and the gpu stays at max rpm, there is no post that i can see. Ive swapped over the gpu, taken ram out and in, and did the jumpers. Still nothing

Im guessing my motherboard is dead. Any thoughts? I can post my specs if needed, but i dont think it is needed atm

So any ideas???

Try clearing the CMOS by taking the small battery out of the motherboard with no AC power line in for a good 5 mins. then place the battery back in and see if it boots.

To me this sounds like a Motherboard or PSU issue. Im going to put money on the PSU but lets hope it did not damage anything if it is. What make and model of PSU do you have?
