yes, grid 2 is a fairly old game, i think it should be able to handle high

Depends on what you mean is playable... If you mean that a solid 60 FPS is a minimum then no, but if you can deal with having low framerate and low settings it will run just fine.

I wanna set it to ultra high and see it run at its best and kick my dad ass in that game so he can't keep saying I beat his fat yellow ass by luck

You might have to turn some setting down to medium/high to keep it above 60fps, but it should be pretty doable.
