ASUS TUF Gaming 32” 1440P Gaming Monitor (VG32AQL1A) usb?

Plugged in a Hub, didn't work. Back of PC it works. Do they have to be enabled on the Asus?

I think you need to connect the monitor to the PC somehow first, and then that USB port will function as a passthrough.

HDMI and DisplayPort only transfer video and audio, not any USB signals.

The monitor first needs to be connected via usb to the pc. There is a port for that on the back.
