This may be a weird question you can build a beast computer (Biggest overkill rig i've seen) but don't know specs for a lan box sorry mate but you got me laughing.

I would get something like a 4670k or 4770k with 8gb of ram

Also a 350D isn't very portable.

The fact you are using a H100i in a 900D has me questioning your life choices...

Anyway, an 4670(k) should do nicely, depending on how small the system is, I'd be tempted to get a non-k edition CPU, for temperatures sake. (an example would be the Asrock M8 bare-bones PC)

I'd get a single stick of 8GB RAM if your budget is small, otherwise go for a 2x8GB kit.

As for the GPU, again this depends on the size of the case. For smaller cases (ITX) I'd be tempted to go with any Nvidia GPU with the reference cooler due to it's blower design. It'll kick more heat out the back of your heat and less heat inside the case.

CPU: 5930K @ 4.5GHz | GPU: Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme edition @ 1503MHz/7400MHz | RAM: 16GB Corsair Dom Plat @ 2667MHz CAS 13 | Motherboard: Asus X99 Sabertooth | Boot Drive: 400GB Intel 750 Series NVMe SSD | PSU: Corsair HX1000i | Monitor: Dell U2713HM 1440p monitor

Go mATX for the GPU's, 4960x (if there's no budget), Asus Rampage IV Gene Mobo (it's mATX), Lots of Ram, Storage, and whatever else you want.

Get an AIO cooler, or Custom Loop it (might have space issues)

For laning, go for the AIO.

Case: Lian Li PC011-D - CPU: 3900x - GPU: 2080ti Reference - Mobo: Gigabyte - Ram: Corsair 4x16gb 3200MHz - SSD: 2TB Samsung Evo NVME

working on a custom loop

Okay, that sounds better.

Right, then if price to performance is no concern:

i7 4960X

Rampage IV Gene

32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum @ 2400MHz

GTX 780 Ti Matrix Platinum

GTX 780 Ti Matrix Platinum (2 way SLI)

2x 1TB Samsung 840 Evo SSD (Raid 0)

WD Red 3TB HDD (Windows Back-ups and mass storage)

Corsair AX1500i PSU

Corsair 350D

H105 CPU Cooler OR Custom loop if there's space (2x 240mm radiators)

CPU: 5930K @ 4.5GHz | GPU: Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme edition @ 1503MHz/7400MHz | RAM: 16GB Corsair Dom Plat @ 2667MHz CAS 13 | Motherboard: Asus X99 Sabertooth | Boot Drive: 400GB Intel 750 Series NVMe SSD | PSU: Corsair HX1000i | Monitor: Dell U2713HM 1440p monitor

Extreme edition CPUs are STUPID. 200% of the price of the X930k and only 10% faster.

Although getting a 4770k or 4670k would make a bunch more sense. However you seem to like pricey parts.

Case: Corsair 460X RGB bby, CPU: I5 8600K, Motherboard: MSI B360M PRO-VDH, RAM: 8GB Hyper X 2400MHz , Graphics Card: GTX1060 6GB, PSU: Corsair RM750x,
