Using Windows 10 Pro N in VirtualBox question

Should I use Pro N edition in VirtualBox?

N is the Europe version right, It don't have some preinstalled apps(Media Player, Music, Video, Voice Recorder, and Skype) and some Pro features that's the only difference. If you have the choice get the regular pro than cutdown Pro N.

Even though I'm here in USA, can i use N edition? Often I don't use any media

If you don't want those multimedia apps (you could download from MS store if you want) . Not having some preinstalled apps makes windows ligher (somewhat If thats your goal you could debloat Windows)

Pro N came with gpedit.msc (group policy editor)
