Setting up RAID 10 using Windows 10

Go to solution Solved by Electronics Wizardy,

WIndows storage spaces can do this with once virtual disk so you don't need to setup mirrors and stripes. Setup a sotrage pool with all of the drives, then create a virtual disk with number of collumns set to 2 and Resiliency setting to mirror.

Hey, I have Windows 10 Home 22H2 x64 and I'm trying to combine my hard drives into a RAID 10

I have them all directly connected to my motherboard and I don't think it has an onboard RAID controller, I also don't have any PCIe slots left
So I wanted to use software RAID in Windows
I have read that it's pretty simple, that I simply have to set up 2 mirrored volumes and then make a striped volume with those 2 mirrored volumes.

Th problem is, I don't have the option to makw mirrored volumes.

Can anyone help me?

I have seen that before but I'm not certain on how to get into windows storage spaces

It says I'm supposed to search for it in the taskbar and well, windows is really dumb and once you have selected a diffrent language then english,

all windows applications are renamed into that language and you can't find applications with their english name anymore

open start menu
type spaces
click Manage Storage Spaces

Well, like I said, that doesn't work
because my windows installation is German
and that means I can't search for any windows applications, unless I use the german name
Like I tried to explain
When I search for it, there is no "Manage Storage Spaces" (except as a bing search)

In fairness, there was no way for us to know that it was in german. To help future people, would you care to share how you found the setting?
