2023 models haven't started to roll out yet. The 42" C2 can be had around $800-$900 atm, but was $1399 at launch. Expect newer models to come in around the same launch price.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

There doesn't seem to be anything new with the C3 (just some audio software upgrade), if you want something in the sub 1000 range, just get the C2 imo. It would be at least months - or year before you can get your hands on C3 at sub-1000 price anyway. The C2 only went that cheap because they've approaching the end of their product life cycle
