Hi, I recently was able to get hold of a lenovo thinkcentre m710q. My plan was to use my 4tb drive from my existing server on the new thinkcentre. Before I 3d printed any brackets the new, i tested the hdd but the pc doesnt spin the hdd or come in bios. The pcs sata cable works as i tested on a ssd (ssd cable shown below). I am gussing its not providing enough power but i am not sure. Please let me know if there is any way around this.

These only provide 5V since that's all the 2.5" drives they're meant to be used with need, but 3.5" drives need 12V too.
