How to setup triple monitors?

You do not need a HDMI hub, normally the GPU has enough outputs for this, and daisy-chaining is like taking 2 powerful servers, and having them run as one, kind of like SLI.

Most people just use the 2 DVI ports and either the HDMI or displayport on your graphics card, if your card does not have enough display outputs then you probably don't have a grahics card capable of running in surround anyways.

 

After that, the rest of the setup is within software of Nvidia/AMD.

Daisy Chaining has different meanings depending on the situation, but basically is connecting something to the end of something else.

You could daisy chain 3 DVI cables using adapters that allow one to plug into the other, or daisy chain a thunderbolt cable from a PC into a hard drive, then another one from the hard drive to a monitor and so on...
