What network equipment do you have and could you describe a map of how everything’s connected?

Also, what settings have you worked with on the consoles themselves?

-edit-

I didn’t include this initially, as I didn’t want to frustrate you, but I think it’s more important to pass the information: latest, greatest, and expensive hardware is only as good as its configuration.

Looking for help on a permanent fix to having NAT issues while gaming on multiple consoles.  I have spent a lot of money buying the latest and greatest network hardware to continuously have this problem.

Gonna need a lot more detail than "NAT issues" to be of any assistance. In addition to what @Echothedolpinnoted above, what exactly does "NAT issues" mean in this context? If you're referring to certain games / consoles being stuck behind a "Moderate" or "Strict" NAT Type, you may need to manually configure port forwarding settings in your router for whatever ports are required for the games / consoles.

Note that if you've got multiple consoles trying to play the same games at the same time, it may not be possible to forward ports for all consoles together, depending on how the game / application communicates over the network. In this case, you'd best contact the game developers for further assistance, as they may have to completely rewrite their networking stack to allow use of multiple ports at once.

And finally, you can spend $200,000 on a sporty souped up Mustang, but if it's misconfigured it won't work right.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, 5060 Ti) Mobile: Moto Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) | 30GB CAN+US+MEX $30/month
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 7i (16") 82UF0015US (i7-12700H, 16GB/2TB RAM/SSD, A370M GPU) Tablet: Lenovo Tab Plus (256GB)
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

I’ll add on to the mention of specific consoles running the same games: AFAIK some games use specific ports that cannot be forwarded on more than one console. I can get into more detail, but I know specifically BF3 and 4 cannot function on more than one Xbox at a time on a given LAN network via port forwarding. There are likely many more games than just those two, but those are specific ones I can think of.

Actually thats how port forwarding works across the board. A specific port or range of ports can only be opened for one device at a time. When it comes to games, its a lot of the time the hosting part of the game where you can have problems, or if you are running a game server. Generally on most games, just playing on a random server generally just works.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
