Moving drive form one pc to another [help]

Hello everyone,

 

I need some help i moved my main ssd form one pc to another where i already have all my steam games installed. How do i have my new pc see that i alreadyt have all my games installed so i dont have to install tham again.

Is the drive able to be seen by the new PC?

If you add the Steam folder to your library, it should automatically detect all your games. If it doesn't, you'll have to add them manually. It should go through a verification process since it detected pre-existing files.

You should be able to go to settings and create a new steam library folder. I think it should accept your already existing folder and work right away. If not try creating a new library and move all of the games in there, that might work
