Yup, looks like VRAM failure.

I was play on my new laptop "genshin"

I was using an FPS unlocker but on 100 fps suddenly the game froz then a black screen couldn't do anything so I tried rebooting it and I got this screen #1

 

Then I checked the drivers they are uninstalled #2

 

but when I try and reinstall them, during the installation it crashes #3
