No, when setting up your rig, you will go into the Bio's and disable IGP (integrated graphics processor)and chose PEG (PCI Express Graphics) instead, then your mobo with read off the 7770 instead of the onboard graphics.

They can actually work together, since you could assign the 7770 the task of PhysX operations and have another card to the rest.

I thought PhysX was an Nvidia thing only?
