Need help please

I have a new psu to upgrade from my graphics card that’s coming in 

my old psu worked but my new one does not turn on and my old one too i appreciate your help

are they plugged into the motherboard?

they have a saftey feature that will prevent turning on.

also is the switch on the back set to the right voltage for your country?

that will cause issues.

OP please have more information so members can better assist you.

We need system specs, old psu model/type, new psu model/type and any additional relevant information.

This is really not an enough amount of information. Specs, a better discription of events and what's going on, and maybe even pics would helps us help you better.
