So I got this as a gift on dec 24th, I opened it and noticed that the left joystick gets stucked when I move it to the sides. Ive tried rotating it while clicking it, thats why it has like white debree, using compresed air, rubbing it with alcohol, and using the little key to change sensibility. Also when I fully move the stick to the right side it works like normal and I can see like dust. Im out of luck because the place where my relative bought it is miles away. And I cant get the microsoft warranty to work. It wont let me add my address. Has anyone had a similar problem?

These are not very difficult to disassemble, you could open it and use some compressed air to clean off whatever dust you're observing on the joystick

I will try that, but do you think that using an electronic cleaner would help?

This could work Amazon.com: WD-40 Specialist Contact Cleaner Spray, 11 oz. : Automotive

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

It could as well, the thing is if there's any bigger particles of whatever it is you saw inside the joystick's potentiometer, it might just keep them there. I'd tell you to first use Air and then Circuit cleaner if you have it (little amounts).
