I wouldn't suggest working with those though, in my market it's a shit job monopolized by a monopoly (enel) ("for security issues" (and then their security is a pile of shit))

which then outsources the job to other companies, which in return provides slave labour and launders gov money

those companies are usually old due to a lack of competition due to ruling and nepotism

they usually source people from southern italy thanks to the promise of a better salary (but then living costs are way heighter) or migrants because they can be exploited easier
