2 montiors issue with windows

so i have 2 monitors one is 2k and the other one is 768 i know it's a huge difference but gotta do with what i have anyway 
my issue is some applications after opened are halfway through the screen to where i can't access the top part meaning half the app is not accessed and i can't move it cuz i can't access the top part of the app any soultions?

You can also do this:

Mouse hover over program > Right-click > Maximize > move around window afterwards

This works for some apps like Edge settings but not all apps like the app i had an issue with it didn't pop anything up thanks for the help anyway
